Come join us for a day to RESET with introductions, intentions, and intro to mindfulness; RETREAT with yoga, meditation, breath work, and other exercises; and REJUVENATE with creativity and Women's circle.

The event will be held at the Cornerstone Center for Community Service (251 E Norman Street) in Haigler, NE, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The "Early Bird Special" price is $150 until October 1st, after this date it will be $175. A payment plan is available, so please contact Janelle Irwin or Renee Ruhlman for more information.
